"With the need to materialize its values in a digital format, Worten came up with a concept that would require the development of a website. In addition to explaining the respective values accompanied by the various graphic components, it was necessary to provide employees with a way of identifying their most predominant value. The solution was to implement a game of options, within the same site, using 3D scenarios accompanied by audio and text narration of the story that gave employees the opportunity to choose between different paths. In addition to the technical requirements, the entire solution had to be dynamic and multi-lingual, enabling Worten to manage itself. Tekna not only responded to the challenge with great commitment, but also exceeded all expectations in terms of technical delivery, complementing the initial definitions of the project in this area, in the entire navigation experience and in the final functionalities of the solution."
